The drivers of such high profile brand projects are often over-looked, the media instead focusing on the commercial and business objectives of the brand owners. In case you weren’t aware, Jetstar approached Houston to ‘revitalise and stabilise’ the core brand’s DNA and domestic presence eight years after Stuart O’Brien and his team had launched the brand in Australia. This time, along with a strategic brand and design re-launch project working across all brand touch-points including airports, products, DM and customer experience. The project also involved overseeing its regional expansion into Asia resulting in the launch of five new ports in Japan in six weeks.
